Fitelectrician’s programs have helped internationally trained electricians build the technical confidence and industry readiness needed to succeed in the Canadian electrical sector. Through structured Red Seal exam preparation and hands-on training in industrial automation systems, our participants strengthen their understanding of modern electrical technologies while gaining practical skills that align with the expectations of Canadian employers.

As a result, many electricians supported through Fitelectrician have progressed toward achieving their Red Seal certification and advancing into meaningful roles within industrial environments. At the same time, employers benefit from access to professionals who combine global experience with Canadian industry knowledge, helping organizations build reliable electrical teams capable of supporting modern automation and manufacturing systems.

Our training approach

We believe that passing a certification exam is only part of the solution. To ensure long-term success, Fitelectrician trains candidates in skills that Canadian employers demand:

  • PLC programming and troubleshooting
  • HMI programming
  • Servo motor programming and troubleshooting
  • Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving in industrial environments
  • Professional integration: workplace expectations, safety standards, and Canadian practices

For candidates outside Canada, we offer the same technical and professional training, combined with support from LMIA and Canadian immigration processes, so employers can hire fully prepared international electricians.
